Why is this a healthy recipe?

As we do everything to make you lose your winter pounds with our health advice, we will avoid making you regain them with ultra-caloric ingredients, but above all that do not bring any benefit to the health and beauty of your skin. What is important to remember in this dessert is that it contains:

  • From Fruinergy beauty of the skin which is a combination of apricots, carrot juice and liquid acerola. The apricot is reputed to give a beautiful skin and to be rich in vitamin C. The sweet taste of the carrot allows it to marry very well in pastry and it is extremely rich in vitamin A. As for the acerola, it is a fruit with a large dose of vitamin C which stimulates and cleanses the body.
  • Hazelnut, concentrating antioxidants in large numbers such as the famous flavonoids and vitamin E which protects your skin against free radicals. It also has a beneficial effect on lowering cholesterol.
  • Whole cane sugar rather than white sugar because it is refined and bad for your health, while whole cane sugar provides vitamins, mineral salts and amino acids.

Preparing the pie

The framework is set, we now move on to practice. To make our healthy recipe, you will need shortcrust pastry, 4 or 5 skin beauty Fruinergy sachets, 2 eggs, 90 g whole cane sugar, 40 g hazelnut oil, hazelnuts crushed to your liking.

We started by rolling out our shortcrust pastry in a mold and pricked it with a fork to prevent it from puffing up during baking. Then we placed our apricots coated with their juice. We mixed the hazelnut oil with the whole cane sugar and then added 2 eggs. We poured everything on the pie and covered with pieces of hazelnuts. After that, all you have to do is put it in the oven at 210°C for about 35 minutes. Treat yourself guilt-free!
