Make-up costs a woman € 10,000

On average, a woman spends $10,000 on makeup throughout her life. This is apparent from recent British research.

On average, women start buying makeup from the age of 16 (including mascara, foundation, eyeshadow and lipstick). The various products are purchased on average five times a year and a minimum of €30 is spent per purchase

Annually this comes down to about € 150. Small calculation:with an average age of 65, that is a final amount of almost € 10,000 in make-up and cosmetic products

Go out without makeup?
The survey also found that 70 percent of women never leave home without some form of make-up † It is also striking that sixteen percent do not even dare or did not dare to face their own parents without make-up.
