Going for a walk without sun protection during lunch can't hurt, right? We always thought our skin was safe once we got back inside. Not so, the sun will damage your skin even if you are already indoors. The harmful effect can last for another three to four hours.

We have to admit that in the winter we often left that expensive day cream with SPF in the cupboard. And that while we know how important it is to lubricate with a factor all year round. High time to give that day cream a prominent place on the dressing table again.
