Green eye makeup:the 7 colors to apply without delay for a killer look:

If you have green eyes ladies, well know that you are lucky little girls, because it is the rarest eye color that exists (only 3% of people in the world have green eyes)! If you didn't know that, then you should at least know that to bring out your green eyes you have to apply a purple eyeshadow on your eyelids. Classic… But you would be right!

Only here, what if you wanted to apply a color other than purple on your eyelids?? Yes but which ones…?

That's why I gave you a little summary of the colors that best highlight your eyes. So get your notepads ladies, let's go!

Brown with red undertones:

It is a certainty, all colors with red undertones bring out your green eyes. And it's no coincidence since red, being opposed to green in the chromatic circle, is THE color that next to the latter makes the color of your iris stand out the most.

Although red eyeshadow is gradually becoming trendy, it can still be a bit aggressive for some! (but then just a hair!). This is why choosing a shadow with a red undertone will be much easier to wear than the red itself. And brown, which is a so-called neutral color, is ideal for this. Choose browns with an overabundance of red, such as MAC's “start” shadow, Make Up For Ever's M608 red brown artist shadow or Inglot's 302 shadow. These shadows are ideal for intensifying the flush of your lashes or for creating a little intensity at the outer corner of your eyelid.

Still in the red brown family, but this time a little warmer (red-orange), MAC's "swiss chocolate" eyeshadow is ideal for achieving a natural look or a soft smoky look.

Burgundy:

As I told you above, although a little daring for some, this color is gradually becoming trendy. Even if, I grant you, we are more used to seeing burgundy on the lips, know that this color, worn very degraded, brings out the green of your eyes instantly. As proof, I want the beautiful Kristen Stewart or Lily Collins who wear this makeup wonderfully!

You can wear this makeup with a nude lipstick or, for the more adventurous, dare the monochrome look, burgundy eyes and lips. Super trendy!

Be careful, this look requires a well-worked complexion and hidden dark circles. Otherwise you would look tired or sick.

For shopping, the "Cranberry" eyeshadow from Mac and the 452 eyeshadow from Inglot are ideal to apply in a halo on the entire eyelid. The "Deep Damson" and "Sketch" shadows from MAC or even the 311 shadow from MakeUp For Ever, darker and applied flush with the lashes, will bring dimension to your eyes.

If you want a palette, choose Maybelline's "the burgundy bar" palette or Kiko's "Coral Burgundy" 101 palette.

Purple:

Undoubtedly easier to wear than burgundy, purple is the most recommended color by professionals to bring out the color of your eyes. And for good reason, purple knows how to perfectly highlight all shades of green ranging from turquoise green to brown green.

So dare to play without delay with the different shades of purple! Opt for example for a violet-mauve or a parma if you have fair skin and blue-green or light green eyes.

If your skin is matte or mixed, choose a slightly more punchy purple. MAC's "Satellite Dreams" Eyeshadow is ideal for this. Purples that are too light, on the other hand, will dull your skin tone.

If your eyes are brown-green or dark green, you can choose dark purple or plum, for example. The result is sublime.

To add dimension to your look, you can also apply several shades of purple by intensifying the lash line and the outer corner of your eye with a darker purple, like Mila Kunis. This will bring structure to your look.

For your shopping, get the palette 3 from Urban Decay or the Color Rich Pocket palette in 114 from L'Oreal.

Green:

We often hear that when you have green or blue eyes, you should preferably not wear make-up with an eyeshadow of the same color as your eyes so as not to dull your look. Well I would say that it depends on the intensity of the chosen green.

If he had to have only one rule, it would be that the shadow or the green pencil should never be the same intensity as that of his eyes. It should always be darker or lighter (although for me a darker green is always more effective) in order to make them stand out. Camilla Belle or Evangeline Lilly have understood this well.

For your shopping, the combination of MAC "Club" and "Humid" shadows are ideal if you go for smoky in the greens.

MAC's "Sumptuous olive" blush is also great. Once degraded, it gives a very interesting bronze-green rendering and can be applied with any neutral eyeshadow.

All shadows with green undertones, such as the tempting shadow from MAC, are also to be taken into consideration. This eyeshadow is more of a golden color but with green reflections. Effective.

Fishing:

Eyeshadows in warm shades such as peach, apricot or even a little coral are absolutely magnificent on green eyes. Apply the color in a very gradient halo on the eyelid. Add a layer of mascara and/or a tidal wave of eyelashes to structure the look a little. To be on top of the trend, combine this makeup with a lipstick in the same shades. Full box insured.

For your shopping, too faced's sweet peach palette offers beautiful peach shades.

Otherwise the Arena Bamboo, Jest, naked lunch, samoa silk or say yeah eyeshadows from MAC are great on green eyes.

Bronze:

Bronze is more than ever a color to consider to highlight your eyes. Very iridescent, it is perfect for an evening. She will know how to wake up and make your eyes sparkle. You can pair it with a matte brown or dark purple to bring more dimension to your look.

For your shopping, MAC's "bronze", "amberlights" or "coppering" eyeshadows are top notch. You will also find the 605 eyeshadow from inglot or the Eye studio Copper chic eyeshadow quad palette from Maybelline.

Grey:

Whether you choose a total matte look or combine it with a silver blush, this color will subtly enhance your green eyes. And it is also a very good alternative to smoky purple!

For those with pure green or brown-green eyes, choose neutral grays (mouse gray type). Avoid grays that are too bluish. On the other hand, for those with blue-green eyes, you can choose silver grays. You can even go so far as to add turquoise pencil in the mucosa. According to Kristen Stewart, the result is amazing.

For your shopping, Maybelline's "The Smokes" palette offers a nice range of grays for all shades of green.
