Enjoy a late afternoon to practice a fitness session?
It's the little pleasure I gave myself in a pretty park in the east of Paris.

Finally, here are my dietary tips when practicing a sports activity

Water is your greatest ally in the elimination of toxins and in the fight against fluid retention caused by food.
Do not hesitate to drink more water than usual (2L)… D especially as your body asks you for it after practicing a sports session.
Bet on detox waters that contain lemon juice and mint or similar combinations.
This is great for helping your body eliminate fluids and relieve cramping sensations.

Finally, prepare all your meals during the week at home and avoid eating out.
This is a way to make sure you have the right amount of fibre, vitamins and minerals at every meal.
Indeed, it will make you feel like you are taking better care of you and your body.
