Neck and Shoulders

Slowly tilt your head side to side in a gentle semicircle, inhaling as you face forward and exhaling to each side. Repeat from right to left. Next, squeeze your neck between your fingers and palm, starting at the base and working down over the shoulder to the upper arm. Then, grasp the top of your head with one hand and ease it toward the opposite shoulder while dropping the other shoulder. Switch sides.

Belly and Buttocks

Gently rub your abdomen in clockwise circles, alternating hands: right, both, then left. Sweep outward from the center. Stand with feet apart and firmly knead from hips to buttocks and upper thighs. This stimulates blood flow for smoother, healthier skin.

Legs and Feet

Tap down the outer legs to ankles with a loose fist, then return up the inner legs. Sit with legs extended, hold one foot with both hands, and rotate the ankle side to side. Repeat on the other foot. Press firmly on the sole with one hand while stabilizing the top, then knead the sole with both thumbs. Finish by gently tugging each toe. Switch feet.
