The nominations for Dom Bontje 2016, recognizing the 'Stupidest Fur' of the year, are now live. Esteemed Dutch personalities including rapper and vlogger Boef, rapper Lil' Kleine, former mayor Onno Hoes, actor Everon Jackson Hooi, singer Rolf Sanchez, and Dutch mink breeders have been shortlisted. Last year, designer Mart Visser took the dishonorable title of Dom Bontje 2015.
Organized by animal protection group Bont voor Dieren, the public vote runs until December 31, 2016, with the winner revealed in January 2017. Cast your vote at www.bontvoordieren.nl.
