This holiday season, Diptyque unveils a captivating ephemeral collection that evokes cherished childhood memories through three never-before-seen fragrances: Epice, Hiver, and Résine. The red Epice candle blends sweet cinnamon and plum notes for a warm, spicy embrace. Résine, in vibrant green, captures the fresh essence of pine. And the blue Hiver candle masterfully evokes winter with roasted chestnuts, crackling wood fire, and a mysterious chill-inducing accord that's truly unexpected.
We've been especially impressed by the collaboration with artist collective Qubo Gas, whose intricate illustrations adorn these candles—as showcased in their evocative video. Qubo Gas unites talented illustrators and designers who seamlessly blend traditional pen techniques with digital innovation. Diptyque selected them for their style echoing the works of Desmond Knox-Leet, one of the maison's founding visionaries.
