Shield Your Skin from the Sun
UV rays are the top external culprit behind wrinkles, surpassing factors like smoking, harsh weather, alcohol, stress, and pollution—a fact backed by decades of dermatological research. In daily urban life, select a daytime moisturizer with SPF 10-15. If your go-to product lacks it, layer on a foundation or primer with SPF. For outdoor pursuits like running, cycling, or skating, apply broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 25 or higher.

Frequency: Every time you head outside.
Gently Remove Makeup
Your skin's natural sebum layer protects it throughout the day, but pollutants, dust, and smoke cling to it. The gentlest cleanse for all skin types: micellar water applied softly with a clean cotton pad. Alternatives include a classic milk-and-toner combo or gel cleanser followed by thermal water spray. Do this in the evening. Mornings? Just mist with thermal water (pat dry gently) to preserve the overnight-rebuilt moisture barrier.

Frequency: Twice daily, morning and night—even on those disorienting days.
