1/ Massage the reflex points

Desire. Press where it feels good, without being a pro of the papouille.

Acting out. There are strategic points that boost the libido:in women, they are at the level of the groin and the back of the ankle, for men, above the pubis and the malleolus. To stimulate them, press for 1 min with the thumb, index or middle finger. And after ? We perform a body massage with candle, oil or a homemade blend of essential oils (10 drops of ylang-ylang + 3 drops of ginger in 30 drops of neutral vegetable oil). And then ? There, it's not up to us to give you the instructions for use...

2/ Taste the edible powder

Desire. Give Man a good reason to eat us raw...

Acting out. The powder smoothes and softens the epidermis (in a word, makes it perfect). Applied under the breasts or buttocks, it enhances the volumes. Another good point:who says smoother skin, says clothes that slide better (when putting them on... or taking them off!). We choose a scented powder (at Lush or Sultane de Saba) and/or edible, with chocolate, strawberry, crème brûlée, etc. flavors. To be used either all over the body, or just in certain places (where you want to be bitten…).

3/ Abandon flannel pajamas

Desire. Call the hugs, of course! Because big pajamas aren't great...

Acting out. It is not a question of walking around naked (although…), but of opting for materials that sublimate the skin, such as satin, silk or lace. Babydoll, shorts + top, pajamas… above all, we choose clothes in which we feel good (otherwise, it’s anything but sexy) or even a little flared, to leave room for the imagination. And if you are chilly, cover yourself with a silk bathrobe (or how to master the art of suggestion…).

4/ Dive (in pairs) into an aphrodisiac bath

Desire. Twist the bath in a naughty moment shared by two.

Acting out. Two options:choose a ready-made preparation (the Shunga and Aromatherapy Personals brands offer aphrodisiac bath salts) or make a homemade potion (5 drops of ylang-ylang essential oil + 8 drops of real lavender in a neutral base) . Ylang-ylang is both relaxing and stimulating (oh yes!), while lavender helps to let go (mmmh) and repairs the skin. Pour the mixture into water at 37°C (ideal for relaxing), and let yourself go...
