9 tips that make your hair look thicker

Stress, aging and pregnancy are just some of the many factors that can cause hair to thin. Hair loss often has a major impact on self-esteem, but there are simple things you can do every day to keep your hair in the best possible condition. 1. Always use conditioner
Hair gets damaged and brittle if you let it get too dry, so it's important to stick to a conditioner routine. Look for lightweight conditioners that contain panthenol and glycerin to keep brittle hair strong without making it greasy.

2. Forget that high ponytail
If you constantly put your hair in a tight ponytail, wear extensions and blow dry excessively it will put tension on your hair follicles and could cause baldness. If you have thinning hair, choose a loose haircut instead of a tight one, avoid extensions and give your hair a break from excessive styling.

Eat and drink more meat, fish, eggs and milk or take a good quality B complex. Have your doctor examine whether you are vitamin D deficient if your hair is getting less.

7. Raise Your Iron Levels
Terrible periods, vegetarianism, excessive cardiovascular exercise or regular blood donation, (to name a few), can lead to low Ferritin, which is the protein that stores iron in the body. Low iron is one of the most common causes of hair loss in younger women.

8. Maintain a healthy lifestyle
Hair is often used as an informal barometer of your health, nutrition and well-being. People who live on fast food, don't exercise, drink, smoke and go out excessively rarely have a lot of hair.
