Women throughout the Netherlands are increasingly visiting cosmetic doctors to address wrinkles, under-eye bags, crow's feet, while enhancing lips and buttocks with fillers. This trend is evident from an ongoing study by Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam. In 2016, 1 in 49 women received fillers and 1 in 53 got Botox, totaling about 250,000 Botox injections and 140,000 fillers. Men trail behind, with 1 in 324 opting for treatments. This year, cosmetic procedures are projected to exceed 400,000.
