I have a problem. All around me I see stylish women in beautiful outfits. Are you sitting on a terrace drinking rosé beers (classy, right? ), another radiant type passes by. Not that I'm annoyed by that, not at all! I try to get inspired. I think so often, 'Wow, that one looks good. Note to self :Buy a jacket like this. The next time, somewhere in 3 months when you go shopping again, you will also buy SUCH a jacket!” You probably already feel it coming. Perhaps you recognize it:that jacket is not coming. Just like that dress. Or something similar. In fact, when I finally start shopping again, I buy things that aren't even remotely similar. Another delicious comfy sweatpants. Or jeans. Or gym. And then on the next afternoon on terraces I still wonder why I have 'nothing' to wear, except for sneakers. A nice advantage of blogging reviews is that you occasionally come across gems that you probably wouldn't have even tried on yourself. Whether we want to assess a top? Fine by me!
Fine by Me is a young women's fashion brand with stylish tops and blouses. I myself seem to miss the style gene. Maybe it's because I spent all my school holidays in France on wellies, je ne sais pas , but I miss it. I really miss it:I would love to have a full walk-in closet with designer clothes. Only it might be better selected by others. And so I'm very happy with the top, because I just get my portion of style sent by mail 😉 . Admittedly, I would normally think about the top I received as it is slightly above my own budget. But now that I'm wearing it like this, well… fine by me, again 😉 . The fabric is wonderfully soft and breathable, which is not an unnecessary luxury on a muggy summer day like this. The top has a viscose stretch jersey back, it is also made of 100% washable silk. That is of course quite unique for silk, but not an unnecessary luxury for stain removers – like me.
I don't know if I'll ever find my sense of style again. I am therefore all the more happy that Fine by Me recommended this top to me. Style advice is always welcome with me (but don't you dare send the fashion police after me). Do you have any fashion must-haves to make my wardrobe more stylish? At least hubby knows my classy feeling of quickly crushing the head. I'm beaming in my new top. Does he say, “Silk? That comes from worms baby, did you know that?” Uhhh…
