New Balance has opened the 990 pop-up museum in Amsterdam in collaboration with Baskèts. The pop-up museum showcases the rich history of the iconic 990 model. The pop-up museum is open until May 12 and the latest model, the New Balance 990v5, is available to everyone in the museum.
The museum showcases the entire 990 line – from the 990v1 from the 1980s to the latest model released this year. An extensive background story can be admired about each version and you can discover all the ins and outs of each shoe. Anyone who buys the New Balance 990v5 at the pop-up museum will receive a free unique canvas bag and exclusive New Balance cap, while stocks last.
The 990 pop-up museum is open from 3 to 12 May and is located at 55 Elandsgracht in Amsterdam. The pop-up museum is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on Sundays and Mondays from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
