Hyacorp Wrinkle Filler Temporarily Withdrawn Over Swelling and Hardening Concerns

Hyacorp, a popular wrinkle filler, has been temporarily withdrawn from the market due to reports of swelling and hardening in treated areas.

This injectable filler, used for about a year to enhance facial contours, has been administered to approximately 1,500 patients.

Treated patients are being scheduled for follow-up check-ups. If you received Hyacorp treatment and haven't been contacted by November 15, please reach out to us directly.

Complaints
To date, 25 complaints have been logged. Manufacturer Dalton Medicare considers this rate proportionate to similar products and is prioritizing safety.

Peter Termohlen, Chairman of the Product and Registration Committee at the Dutch Association for Cosmetic Medicine, disagrees: "Typical complication rates are 0-0.5% of cases. 25 out of 1,500 treatments exceeds this significantly."
