Garnier Partners with UNICEF to Protect Children in Humanitarian Crises

It's a sobering reality: one in four children worldwide lives in a region affected by humanitarian crises, such as natural disasters, conflicts, or epidemics. These children face dangers that prevent them from playing, learning, or staying healthy. UNICEF steps in by establishing Child Friendly Spaces, providing psychological support, medical care, nutritional guidance, and educational and recreational activities. The goal is to restore a sense of normalcy and shield them from exploitation and human trafficking.

Garnier has partnered with UNICEF (until August 21, 2017) to support these vital efforts for vulnerable children. "Our aim is to help the most at-risk children feel secure and rebuild their self-confidence—essential for forging meaningful connections. By learning to trust, give, and receive support, they can envision brighter futures for themselves and their communities," says Delphine Viguier, General Manager of Garnier International. To contribute, simply visit the dedicated website and complete a virtual kit of your choice (School in a Box Kit, Hygiene Kit, Early Childhood Development Kit, or Recreational Kit). For each kit completed, Garnier donates 50 cents to UNICEF (up to a maximum of €20,000).

This simple action takes just 20 seconds and can make a real impact. We fully endorse this initiative and encourage you to spread the word!
