My Experience: The ritual began with a thorough hair diagnosis using two specialized brushes to assess both strands and scalp. My stylist discussed my goals—emphasizing my fine hair and desire for volume without heaviness. She applied a purifying oil to the scalp, followed by precise Shiatsu pressures along the hairline, behind the ears, and crown. After rinsing, a vigorous double-handed shampoo invigorated my scalp. Next, she blended the Ultimate Remedy mask with Absolute Essence, applying it strand by strand with a brush. The highlight? An exquisite massage starting at the neck, shoulders, and nape, extending to trapezius, arms, fingers, and shoulder extremities. It was pure bliss—we nearly forgot it was hair care!
