Soothe Puffy, Tired Eyes with a Chamomile Tea Poultice

Chamomile's antibacterial, antispasmodic, decongestant, and anti-inflammatory properties make it excellent for calming minor skin irritations. This simple poultice uses chamomile tea bags to reduce eye puffiness and fatigue effectively.

Ingredients and Tools

  • Two sachets of organic chamomile tea
  • Hot water

Step-by-Step Recipe

Pour a cup of boiling water over the two chamomile tea bags and steep for 3 minutes. Remove the bags and let them cool to a comfortable temperature. Lie down, close your eyes, and place the tea bags on your eyelids. Leave on for 10 minutes. Don't forget to sip the remaining infusion for its relaxing and digestive benefits.

Usage

Apply immediately for best results.
