6 daring hair changes #2

2/ Switch to very short

Why don't we dare? A short haircut would be less feminine. And Halle Berry, Emma Watson… do they look like boys?

It's for me ? Short haircuts go better with fine faces (it's okay if you have a marked jawline). First, we look for photos of the looks we like:"short" has a different meaning for each one and we must take into account the location of the hair and the volumes (thus, the hairdresser can opt for the look that will best).

It is done ! The short cut requires more styling than a long hair. Here are some gestures to style your hair quickly:1 / to lower the volume, dry the hair in the direction of the implantation and place it in the fingers (=avoids the over-styled effect). 2/ If you want to add volume, use a modeling paste or a texturizing powder:head down, apply the product and style your hair with your fingertips. For a sophisticated look, flatten the hair with gel, following the layout, or draw a very low parting, above the ear (=as if you had a lock). Namely:a short cut needs maintenance every 3 weeks.

What if we regret? We are patient:it takes 1 to 2 years to go from a boyish cut to a bob at the shoulders (extensions possible from 10 cm in length).
