If a friend mentions trying this, advise against it. Despite claims from numerous YouTubers and influencers, it simply doesn't work.

An Absurd Viral Sensation

The internet is rife with questionable beauty hacks, and the latest involves slathering a toothpaste mixture on the chest to firm and enlarge breasts. YouTuber Naturalbeauty556 shared a tutorial for this "miracle" recipe, which has racked up nearly 8 million views.

The Dubious Recipe

It calls for cucumber, egg white, flour, and toothpaste, applied to the chest every night for a month. Dermatologists have issued strong warnings. Susan Bard, MD, told Teen Vogue: "This is nonsense. None of these ingredients can increase breast size or tighten skin. Worse, they risk causing contact dermatitis."

Just another fleeting, risky fad—best ignored.
