Love Beauty and Planet, the new clean &vegan cosmetics brand

Love Beauty and Planet, does that mean anything to you? It's normal. This is the new brand of cosmetics from the Unilever group (Dove, Signal, Rexona, Axe, etc.) which is vegan and respectful of the body and the planet. Made from natural products, such as ylang-ylang flower, Bulgarian rose, organic coconut oil, mimosa flower, muru muru butter (a species of Brazilian palm tree) or organic rosemary , the brand offers body products suitable for all skin types.

On the hair side, there is a range with rose and muru muru butter for colored hair (with shampoo and conditioner), a range with ylang-ylang flower and coconut oil for damaged hair (with shampoo, conditioner and mask), and a rosemary and vetiver range for oily hair.

Love Beauty and Planet also offers 4 shower gels, 3 of which have the same ingredients as the hair products, plus one with coconut oil and mimosa flower, two bamboo toothbrushes, two toothpastes (charcoal and orange blossom, and coconut oil and peppermint), as well as 3 sheet masks (using the same components as the 3 ranges for the hair).

A responsible brand

In addition to being vegan, the brand is part of an eco-citizen approach. All products are recyclable, and the bottles are made from 100% recycled plastic and the formulas are up to 98% natural. At the same time, the brand is committed to reducing its carbon footprint by 20% by 2020. And last (big) positive point:the products are accessible for small budgets. Available from April 2019 in supermarkets and e-commerce (with the exception of masks which will be exclusively at Monoprix from April 2019), all products in the hair range are sold from €6.99, shower gels, toothpastes and toothbrushes from €4.99 and face masks from €3.99. And the range should grow, because in Belgium, Love Beauty and Planet markets other products, such as a dry shampoo and a body butter.

In the meantime, the products that will be marketed in France should delight more than one person (including us the first!).
