Amsterdam Fashion Week introduces an innovative concept for its March edition: AFW Studio. This event delivers a broad, inclusive program featuring runway shows alongside photography, art, design, and insightful talks, creating a dynamic hub for fashion enthusiasts.
Highlights include catwalk shows and presentations by acclaimed designers such as Marlou Breuls, Hul le Kes by Sjaak Hullekes, Ninamounah, and Maison the Faux, backed by partners like Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam, SEBMAN by Sebastian Professional, and the Meester Koetsier Foundation. Emerging and established talents—including Stieglitz with Toral Shoes, the duo show of Kimberley Jenneskens & Liesbeth Sterkenburg, The New Originals, and Silvian Heach—will also unveil their latest collections.
At the heart of AFW Studio is the Compagnietheater, serving as the central creative venue. Open to all, the program offers an ongoing exhibition curated by Duran Lantink, a Libertine café, Keva Fragrances perfume lab, and a showcase of unique second-hand designer pieces from Salon Heleen Hülsmann and ByDanieVintageStore.
AFW Studio runs from Thursday, March 7 to Sunday, March 10.
