London, UK – London Fashion Week drew to a dramatic close on Tuesday, September 21, 2010, with a provocative parade of nude models.
These nude models represented milliner Charlie Le Mindu, who followed with a presentation of his striking shoes and headpieces to journalists and fashion influencers. In contrast, Burberry showcased its latest collection more conventionally, featuring elegantly dressed models.
Alexandra Shulman, editor-in-chief of British Vogue, praised: "I think London is very sophisticated. It's much more relevant," despite the bold nude display.
