Bikini Body Worries: Why the Beach Scares More Than Intimacy, Per Nivea Research

According to a Nivea study, 45% of women find slipping into a bikini at the beach more daunting than undressing for a new partner.

The stomach tops the list of concerns for 54% of women, while one in five worries about their overall figure. Interestingly, half of mothers report feeling less preoccupied with their body shape post-motherhood.

Compliments Build Confidence
Giving compliments boosts self-esteem. A partner's praise works wonders for 47% of both women and men, but 80% of women draw the most confidence from fellow women.
