Woman of the Month: Inspiring Interview with Naturopath Claire Andreewitch

March is Women's History Month—a dedicated time to honor the strength and spirit of women everywhere. While one day or month can never be enough, today we're exploring: Which woman are you? And which woman do you aspire to be? We firmly believe you hold everything within to become that version of yourself. Draw inspiration, nurture your inner glow, and embrace your true potential.

Happy, inspiring, sexy, feminine, sensitive, authentic, enthusiastic, natural, quirky, funny, independent, strong… Be free to embody whatever calls to you—without judgment. Woman, free, and naturally radiant.

To celebrate the multifaceted woman within us all, we're featuring trailblazing voices. Today: Claire Andreewitch, renowned naturopath, yoga teacher, and author of Révélez votre glow (Marabout editions).

First of all, introduce yourself ;)

I am Claire, of Swedish origin, who arrived in France in 2006. I live in Paris with my 6-year-old son. I work as a naturopath specializing in skin health, a yoga teacher, creator of holistic experiences, and organizer of 3- to 5-day immersions in France and abroad. I am the author of the book Révélez votre Glow (Marabout editions).

What message do you want to convey on a daily basis?

Take care of yourself (naturally)! Your health and well-being are your most precious assets—essential for caring for others and contributing meaningfully to the world. Listen to your body to discover what truly suits you; there's no one-size-fits-all miracle recipe. The key to well-being is personalization and adaptation.

What is your definition of female beauty?

Beauty is above all a feeling—deeply personal and emotional. It radiates from genuine well-being and inner alignment. For me, the most captivating beauty shines through a woman who loves, vibrates with energy, and exudes confidence.

Which woman do you want to embody each day?

A free woman. One who shares her passion and love to help more women and men feel liberated and at ease in their bodies and minds.

Who is your female role model and why?

Many women inspire me: my passionate girlfriends who are devoted daughters and working mothers, and my own mother, who has overcome profound trauma and embodies pure love.

Then there are women with unwavering convictions and visionary impact across fields, like Marianne Williamson, Tata Harper, Marie Forleo, and Shiva Rea. So many incredible women are moving the world forward with their positive, beautiful energy!

What is your favorite quote?

"All is now."

A message to all women?

Never forget the miracle you are. Honor your body and essence every day through self-care. You have so much to offer, and your uniqueness is your greatest strength—embrace it all. That's your ultimate glow factor ;)
